A: Our Legacy Collections include full-day coverage, edited high-resolution images delivered in a private gallery, a sneak peek gallery within 48 hours, and an engagement session with select packages.

Q: Do you offer videography or wedding films?
A: Yes! We offer cinematic wedding films as add-ons or part of select packages, professionally edited to tell your story.

Q: Can I customize my package?
A: Absolutely. We offer add-ons like extra coverage hours, second shooters, drone footage, and custom albums.

Deliverables & Editing

Q: How long does it take to receive my photos and videos?
A: Sneak peeks are delivered within 48 hours. Full galleries typically take 6–8 weeks for photography and 8–12 weeks for wedding films.

Q: Do you provide raw files?
A: We do not provide raw files as part of our standard packages because raw files are unedited, very large in size, and require significant storage and transfer resources. However, raw files can be made available for purchase separately. Rest assured, our clients always receive the highest-quality, fully edited, and professionally curated images and videos that reflect our best creative work.

Q: I’m a photographer/videographer myself and would like to request the raw footage or photos. Is that possible?
A: Yes, we can provide raw footage or images upon request at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss pricing and logistics, as raw files require special handling due to their size and format.

Q: Do you offer revisions to photo or video deliverables?
A: Yes, we do offer revisions — with a few important notes:

For highlight films between 2–3 minutes (typically included in our smaller packages), revisions are not included. These films are designed as polished, artistic summaries and are delivered as-is.

For longer films (5–10 minutes), one revision is included with your package. A revision is considered a full re-edit or remastering of the final product — not minor tweaks.

Additional revisions beyond what is included are available at a rate of $325 each.

A: At Noah Samuel Media, we are a faith-based creative collective that openly lives and works according to our Christian beliefs. Our commitment is to honor and reflect those values in every project we undertake.

Out of respect for our faith and the convictions we hold as followers of Jesus Christ, we specialize in photographing and filming weddings and events that align with those beliefs. We kindly encourage clients seeking services for celebrations that do not align with our values to consider working with a provider whose services better match their needs.

Q: What happens if I want to cancel or reschedule?
A: Please refer to our contract terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling. We recommend securing your date early to avoid conflicts.
