Terms of service.

Welcome, and thank you for considering Noah Samuel Media. By booking our services or engaging with our work in any way, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they are designed to ensure transparency, trust, and clarity for both parties.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer (typically 30%) is required to secure your date.

  • Final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, Venmo Business, and PayPal.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of services.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If you must cancel, we require written notice. If the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the event, full payment may still be due per contract terms.

  • Rescheduling due to illness, weather, or emergencies is permitted once without penalty, subject to availability. A new retainer may be required if rescheduled more than once.

3. Coverage & Deliverables

  • Packages include detailed coverage hours, editing, delivery of high-resolution files, and sneak peeks as stated in your chosen Legacy Collection.

  • Sneak peeks (50–75 images) are typically delivered within 48 hours.

  • Full wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks. Films are delivered within 8–12 weeks, depending on the season.

  • Final deliverables are sent via a secure gallery link and/or USB drive.

  • Galleries are hosted online for a minimum of 6 months. After that, there is a $100 reactivation fee.

4. Revisions Policy

  • 2–3 minute highlight films do not include revisions. These are final, creative edits.

  • Films ranging from 5–10 minutes include one complimentary revision (defined as a full re-edit, not minor tweaks).

  • Additional revisions are $325 per revision.

  • Any revision requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

5. Raw Files & Data Policy

  • Raw photo and video files are not included in standard packages.

  • Raw files are available for purchase upon request and delivered via external drive or digital download if possible.

  • Due to file size (often exceeding 500GB), we cannot guarantee digital delivery for raw footage.

  • Our clients can trust that only the best moments are selected and professionally curated in the final product.

6. Creative Direction

  • By booking Noah Samuel Media, clients agree to trust our creative process, artistic style, and editing decisions.

  • We do not guarantee specific shots or moments unless pre-arranged in writing.

  • Clients are encouraged to share must-have moments or requests at least two weeks before the event.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing access, timelines, and other vendors we need to coordinate with on the event day.

  • If a meal is provided during long-day events (8+ hours), it is appreciated and often expected.

8. Usage Rights & Copyright

  • Noah Samuel Media retains full copyright of all media.

  • Clients receive personal-use rights for sharing, printing, and posting online.

  • Commercial or promotional use (by vendors, planners, or third parties) requires a separate licensing agreement.

  • We reserve the right to use images and films for our portfolio, website, marketing, and social media, unless a written request is made to opt out.

9. Faith-Based Values

Noah Samuel Media is a faith-based business rooted in Christian values. We believe in honoring God through our work and actions.

As such, we respectfully decline projects that do not align with our values, including (but not limited to) same-sex weddings or events that conflict with our Statement of Faith. All clients booking with us acknowledge and agree to respect our convictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • In the rare event of illness, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  • We maintain professional backup equipment and second shooters when applicable.

  • We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue policies, guest interference, etc.).

11. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal data collected via booking forms or galleries is used solely for the purpose of delivering your experience.

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
